Who is responsible for your data?
The person responsible for the information submitted through this website is Levente Nagy, Hungary. You can contact him through the enquiry form on the main page. His private email address is not published to reduce spam and protect his privacy.
What information is collected?
If you use the enquiry form, the website collects your name, email address, optional phone number, the message you write, the time of submission and a randomly generated enquiry reference. Please do not include identity documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Why is it used?
The information is used only to read and respond to your question and to continue the resulting correspondence. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in receiving and responding to messages voluntarily sent to the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). There is no newsletter subscription, advertising profile or automated decision-making.
How long is it kept?
Enquiries and related correspondence are normally deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. They may be kept longer only when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Who receives it?
Cloudflare processes the form request and sends the enquiry email. Google provides the private Gmail inbox where the message is received. These providers may process technical and account data under their own security, privacy and international-transfer arrangements. Your information is not sold.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the enquiry form and include your original email address so the request can be verified.
You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): naih.hu.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and server-side validation. Your private contact details are sent to the site operator by email and are not intentionally stored in a public website database. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the site begins offering services, adds analytics, marketing, a database or other ways of processing personal data.
